What this is
LondonFoodFinds ranks 11,469 restaurants, cafes and takeaways across London's 32 boroughs and the City. Every borough and cuisine has its own ranked list, and every place has its own page with hours, prices, booking links and a map.
How the ranking works
- We start from each place's Google rating and number of reviews.
- Ratings are weighted by review volume, so a 4.8 from 2,000 reviews beats a 5.0 from 12.
- Chains (four or more branches), tourist attractions and temporarily closed places are moved below independents.
- Permanently closed places and places with fewer than five reviews are left out.
- Data was last refreshed in November 2025.
Our Pick
The Our Pick badge only goes to places we have actually visited, filmed and would send a friend to. It is never paid for.
Money
No restaurant pays to be listed or ranked. We make money from clearly labelled sponsored slots and featured videos. Sponsors have no say in rankings. How featuring works.
